“Overwhelmed with joy.” That’s how Today co-host Hoda Kotb describes her experience of adoption. She brought home daughters Haley Joy in 2017 and Hope Catherine in 2019, and has used her national platform to share with other parents about her family’s journey through adoption and the experience of parenting.
Now, National Council For Adoption is delighted to announce that Hoda will be our special guest for our 40th Anniversary Gala, Families For All: A Celebration of Adoption, to be held Thursday, April 30th, 2020 at The Mayflower Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C.
We look forward to her remarks anchoring a program that will feature personal stories from other families touched by adoption, a look back at what NCFA has achieved in finding families for all, and the presentation of several special awards.
VIP guests will have the opportunity to meet Hoda during our pre-reception, and all attendees will have a chance to hear her heart for children and families. In addition to the general and VIP receptions, the evening will include a seated dinner, dessert, and a Super Silent Auction.
Additional special guests and honorees for our awards program will be announced soon.
