The Board of Directors of Homestudies & Adoption Placement Services (HAPS) in Teaneck, New Jersey is pleased to announce the upcoming appointment of the agency’s new Executive Director, Heather Smith, LMSW, effective January 1, 2018. The current Executive Director, Lorraine Kolankowski, LCSW was appointed to this position by the Board of Directors in 2009. She has worked at HAPS in a variety of roles for over 30 years, and will be retiring as Executive Director on December 31, 2017. Read more at haps.org/news.
