Hague Comment Period Extended until December 15

The U.S. State Department has extended the deadline for submitting comments about the proposed Hague rules (22 CFR Parts 96 and 98) for the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption until December 15, 2003. (22 CFR Parts 96 and 98). Click on here to read the State Department’s complete notice.

The State Department strongly recommends and would prefer that, if at all possible, comments be submitted electronically to adoptionregs@state.gov.
